Parking Rules
For guest comfort, property care, and City of Punta Gorda regulations (Punta Gorda Isles · Special Residential Overlay):
- Maximum 2 vehicles per reservation
- Park entirely on the paved driveway only
- The garage is After Hours (game room) — not available for cars
- No parking on lawn, grass, landscaping, or any non-driveway area
- No parking in the public right-of-way between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM
- Do not block sidewalks, neighbors’ driveways, mailboxes, hydrants, or access
- If you arrive with more than 2 vehicles, plan ahead: only 2 on the driveway; street parking only outside 1:00–5:00 AM, or use one car / rideshare
- Overnight / street permit: if you need right-of-way parking overnight, you request the City’s no-charge permit yourself. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to City approval
- RV / boat trailer: daytime use on the driveway follows City hours (generally 7:00 AM–7:00 PM); overnight needs a City permit. No living in an RV on the driveway
- Guests are responsible for City tickets, towing, and any damage from improper parking
